July 11th marks exactly 20 months since a Motion of No Confidence was brought to the St.Kitts-Nevis Parliament by Leader of the Opposition Hon. Mark Brantley. On December 11th 2012 this Motion was brought and to date the sitting Dr. Denzil Douglas administration has refused to have said motion debated. Dr. Douglas does not command the Majority of Elected Members of Parliament. Thus is governance is ILLEGITIMATE. Dr. Timothy Harris commands the support of the MAJORITY of Elected Members in the SKN Parliament.

In the last 20 months we have seen the escalation of widespread victimisation and rampant and blatant corruption in government. We have seen the ever growing prostitution of our passports and an advisory by the US Government which has declared that our Economic Citizenship programme has been allowed to be used and abused by "ILLICIT ACTORS" aka "TERRORISTS".
We the undersigned persons demand that Dr. Denzil L Douglas immediately facilitates the debate of the Motion of No Confidence or dissolve Parliament to make way for FREE AND FAIR Elections. Dr Douglas' continued occupancy of the seat of Prime Minister is unconstitutional and is an affront to democracy and good governance
