There ARE laws in this country for justice against animals although not remotely not good enough. There is NO excuse not to use the law! What does this teach children?

Shoking! South Africa is in dire need for better laws to protect animals. This should be a crime not a warrant for a fine! A sad, very bad example for the youth.

An agreement was reached by the court so the court will HAVE TO IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAMME & due to the lack of a programme as yet charge the idiot school principal the other R3000

No decent human being would do something like that. These people need to be educated before something like this happens again. I have heard of men in the townships raping animals. This is sick and once again I say......these people need to be educated. Maybe someone should bury him alive and see how that makes him feel.
