Only used my mat a few times and already the cardstock isn't sticking to it. Even though I put the cover straight back on when I have cut the card. Love the machine, hate the mats. Brother need to do something about this problem. We have wasted money. It isn't encouraging people to go back to them for anything else.

I have recently purchased this machine at a cost of $699 with great expectations of great crafting. After only two or three uses the mat provided with this machine became unuseable. I am not in a financial situation to buy new mats and don't believe I should have to reglue after such short use or clean with baby wipes which in my opinion are detrimental to our environment. To say I am disapointed is an understatement. I will be seeking a full refund.

The scan mats for the CM350 are poorly designed. I will never purchase a Brother anything. Not a sewing machine or any of their other products. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this machine, and will have to hope they make better mats.

Scan n cut mats do not stay sticky for long after purchase,and the blades also either break or go blunt quickly

The mats are not fit for purpose. Your customer service is shocking and telling us to simply buy a new mat after a few uses is an insult! This is not a great customer retention tactic...
Perhaps you should rethink the monopoly with Create and Craft also.

The mats are expensive and inferior. I am lucky to get 5 or 6 runs with them. My cricut mats have lasted almost a year without resticking. Serious improvement need to happen!

Poor customer service, you just want people’s money then tough if the mat only lasts a few cuts. Baby wipes don’t work. Wish I had bought a different brand machine

We need mats 'fit for purpose' like other well known companies manage to make; blades that last longer than a couple of weeks usage and last, but by no means least, more UK outlets for spares and add- ons, if the USA is able to obtain Hesse in a vsriety of places why is the UK subjected to a monopoly of one company, and not a very good one if stock availability is anything to go by, at that.

US does not operate a monopoly purchase policy. Why does the UK? The mats supplied , in my opinion, are not fit for purpose as they lose their ability to hold paper very quickly, and I find the blades break regularly. This makes the cost of operating extremely expensive.

Haf my.machine less than a year and already gine through 3 blades, 4 mats and endless paper where it keeps ripping up. Now having problems with the foiling as the blue mat usrd to burnish foil keeps skipping even though it is tapped down and ruins it. Now i have no foil left anf every time i try to get it, its sold out. Not happy!!

The mats suck. Fix them or I will continue to give cricut my money and buy their mats to tape to your mats. The mats are cheaply made, lose their stick extremely fast and cost twice as much as a better made cricut mat.

The mats are expensive we can't use our machine without them. I think it's disgusting that create and Craft have the monopoly that means they don't really care you as you have no choice!

Brilliant product but poor quality accessories are spoiling the experience for many. The pot luck availability of replacement blades and mats just seems to compound the issue. The lack of constructive response from Brother is taking the shine off the fabulous product.

It’s annoying as it also ruins cardstock when the card slips while cutting due to lack of stick on the mat.
If you are going to only have one stockist you must make sure they aren’t constantly out of stock!
