I bought my machine when first launched in the UK. Love the machine, hate the expense of poor quality consumables and the monopoly through Create & Craft. Why are standard blades more expensive than deep cut blades? We all need them!

Mats do not stay sticky long enough and the blades snap far too easily. Create and Craft are the UK sole seller and are often out of stock. When will they stop having the sole rights to selling this wonderful machine. They charge what they like and it creates no competitive prices for us the customers.

No matter how careful you are, they lose stickyness, I can never get hold of one, and they are very expensive, so to be told by brother buy a new mat is not a good enough solution. All accessories are hard to get hold of for the amount of machines that are sold.

This is an on-going problem and we need Brother to recognise it and deal with it, instead of ignoring e-mails or recommending buying a new mat, which are always out of stock.
