Sticky or not sticky..that is the question!

I love my Scan n Cut but now never use due to the expense of buying new mats on a regular basis and these are not always readily available for the one supplier in the UK Create and Craft. THese machine are not cheap please help all your Scan n Cut holders, before we leave for better machines

Concerned about the short length of time mats are useable but also the high cost and poor availability.

Please take notice of what your customers are saying. Your machine is brilliant, mats are useless.

While I love my scan and cut I feel something needs doing regarding the stickiness of the mats, they barely last a few times before the stickiness of them goes! I can't afford to keep replacing them every month or so, so your customer service reps answer of buying a new mat is not helpful. Which leads to my other problem, I can barely ever get one due to your exclusive supplier, Create and Craft always being out of them, this also goes for the blades. Although I don't have a problem with the blades themselves, being unable to buy from anywhere other than Create and Craft causes the same issue as buying a mat. I can NEVER get one as they are ALWAYS sold out. Please resolve this issues and then you will have a great product and happy customers.

In have emailed Brother and was told to buy new mats. If other companies can make them cheaper why can't Brother. Also if C and C are the only UK stockist, then Brother should ensure they are always in stock.

Am signing this petition as I agree with the comments re your mats.

I started using my brand new Sca N Cut cm900 on Saturday and by Sunday the mat had lost it's stickiness so i am now using low take tape to hold the card in place I don't think it's acceptable for it to happen this quick we pay a lot of money for these machines so would expect the stickiness of the mats to last longer

Brother, you should support your products properly!

I bought the scam n cut and it is in the box. It has no stickiness and C&C, Brother, Mel etc never even replied to any of my queries.

The price on the mats needs to be reflective on the usage....I have brought 6 mats in 18months!!

I only recieved my SNC CM900 at xmas and after only usingbit a handfull of times ,the mat has lost it's stickyness and the card now moves when the machine is trying to cut.needless to say i am very unhappy about this.

I have purchased 6 matts and all are non sticky

5 cuts on card stock out of the box and they were falling off of the mat. I have to use fabric sheets in order to use the mat. I contacted Brother and they DID send me two new mats that are the same as the first one. It was a Band-aide on a serious problem. I have always loved the Brother company for their excellent products and own many of them in my home. But these mats are keeping us from being able to use an expensive machine to its fullest capacity and that is a shame. Quality Control needs to apologize to all of us and then replace our mats with ones that work on their tab....not ours. Also, they need to make their accessories more readily available. They gave me a list of places where I can purchase, but those places were always out of products that I need and have come to find out...that MOST of us need.

Brand new mat that came with my 250 was & is not sticky enough to hold card stock. BRAND NEW!

Paid a lot of money for my scan and cut, I expected better quality mats to use with machine, but they are totally inferior, do not last far to expensive. Something needs to be done, Totally unsatisfactory.

artistix mats are better why can't brother invest in a similar product
