Improve the. mats stickiness so that it lasts longer and make accessories available elsewhere in the UK other than Create and Craft.

I definitely believe the mats are a total ripoff. If I can get 3 cuts off of one mat without resticking, I'm lucky.

i had the machine for christmas and found after abiut 2 cuts the sticky had gone. i contacted c&c and was told they were not aware of a problem i said lots of pwople had complained to brother.. i stopped using the machine as felt i shouldnt have to pay out for new mat it is only now august i have bought one on speacial offer yet to use it hopefully this one works !!

Would be great to have other stores to sell the scan and cut machine, as it's impossible to purchase them once create and craft are out of stock, did contact brother on this subject and had no reply from them as my mats come unsticky once I used them plus not cheap to buy!! Once again would like to see other create stores to sell them not just create and craft?

I've only had my CM350 for 2 months and the mat is already not sticking. I have used the mat less than 10 times! They are not reasonably priced either! I find it frustrating that other cutting machine accessories can be found all over the place while Brother accessories are very difficult and expensive to find! The other brands need to incorporate the scanning ability into their machines like that scanncut 2 so I can buy on of those instead! That was the main reason I bought Brother instead of the others!

I've only cut about ten pieces of card, I've had my machine just over a week, the blade won't cut and the may won't stick. After discounts, my create and craft order was over £625.00, I'm not impressed that I now have to purchase new accessories after such a small amount of usage!

I love my scan n cut, but I am on my third machine after encountering numerous problems. Even with this one I have had to pay out over £100 for repairs when it was out of warranty.

It's time exclusivity was removed from Creat and Craft; their customer support is dreadful. Come on Brother, open up to others, one starts to wonder if this is covered by the EU ruling on Unfair Trading?

I bought my SNC in November and after 2 uses its not sticky anymore. Where I bought my machine they suggested that I use 505 temporary fabric adhesive. I dont like useing that because it gets on the edges of the mat and then it gets on the wheels of the machine and clogs it all up. Just seams to be a big money pit.

Brother needs to cut the exclusive tie with Create and Craft and start looking after its customers who dislike the witholding of spares by C&C to the detriment of Scan n Cut users. The mats are worse than useless, but others made by different companies are much cheaper and very superior and work, so watch out, Brother, you could lose that lucrative 'Consumables' market.

Like others, I am really disappointed with the ScanNCut mats supplied with my CM900..they lost their stickiness very quickly within a few uses...and I am SICK of Create and Craft deliberately witholding stock on the mats and then encouraging us to buy multiples when they do decide to stock them. I also want the Create and Craft monopoly ended.

I got a scan’n’cut in October and after a few weeks the stickiness has left my mat. Don’t think we should have to pay for new mats just weeks after buying the machine. Money doesn’t grow on trees!!

Shocking customer service on this issue. I personally have emailed 3 times and not had a response to any! Mats are poor quality and are not fit for purpose. We face enough expense, considering the cost of replacements and various accessories for the SNC without having to repeatedly buy new mats.

I regrets buying the scan and cut because the mat is really bad. Buying a new one and put the old one in the trash is not very environment friendly. Brother you should start to think longer.

My first mat lasted for a week then I bought a spray for the card, but it made a mess on foiled card. I've bought 4 since they just don't stay sticky enough & Ive done all the suggestions to keep them sticky.. So expensive for such a short use..
