Sticky or not sticky..that is the question!
It appears that us owners of scanNcut are experiencing the same problem with certain accessories for the machine, our mats become un-sticky and our blades un-sharp, very soon after purchasing these machines. We have no problems with the machines themselves (apart from not being able to use them for long) before we have to purchase new mats, blades etc but we do have a problem with the expense of having to buy replacement products regularly. Several of us who have contacted Brother, have either been ignored (if we e-mail) and if we ring the customer services we are told 'buy a new mat' which is not the easiest thing to do 1) mainly because the one stockist, create and craft ,are always out of stock and 2) we don't all have an abundance of money to replace our mats/blades every month. This is a worldwide problem and we need Brother to find a solution. If you have experienced any of the above problems, either we accessories or lack of support from customer services. Then please add your name and we can speak to Brother as an whole.
