We have rules for a reason. Why even have a municipal plan if you are just gonna ignore it for developers? Stick to it.
St Johns is losing its character. Keep the buildings low and keep the charm or whats the point of living here anymore.
Protect the history of the city. Once you build those huge glass boxes you cant take them down.
listen to the people who actually live here and not just the money hungry contractors.
Too many towers going up lately. Stop ruining the view of the harbor.

DOWNTOWN IS GETTING TOO CROWDED. Enough with the high rises.
