Steward Bank is stealing our money. I was a victim before l changed to FBC when they deducted $170 from a failed transaction. They also deducted $1000 from my account after a failed bank to ecocash transfer. They again deducted $50 from a failed Mastercard transaction. I have noticed that if you're not aware of their mistakes, they don't give you back your money. It usually takes more than a month to reverse their mistakes. I encourage econet to refrain from the banking sector and concentrate on selling airtime because they have proved beyond any reasonable doubt that they're incompetent

Been trying since october to replace my zimswitch card, multiple promises broken and even lost the original application

Been trying to solve an issue for employees who didn't get their salaries its now the 2 week and nothing has been done have sent several emails to salaries department but no response,, phones are not answered they promise to retain call and emails but they don't

RTGS done on 26 June still missing told there is a queue at treasury. Phones are never picked or go through. A growing customer base with no banking infrastructure to support it.

My account was debited twice after I swiped and the pos machine gave me an error response for $5.50,that on 10 June 2017
