The bureaucrats at HMRC clearly underestimated how many of us rely on the Stevenage office for actual help. This groundswell of anger shows they can no longer ignore the people they intend to abandon.

This is rediculous. Not everyone can just go online to sort out their tax. Some people actually need to talk to a person face to face.
If they cut the days down it will just be chaos for the elderly who cant use computers. bad move by the government yet again.

KEEP IT OPEN. Stevenage needs this service full time.
