Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Last tidbit.... Ken Kratz is a perverted pig and contradicted himself in court.... Once said Teresa was never in Mr Avery's home, but kept going back to "testimony" by Brendan Dassey that Teresa was on Mr Avery's bed, chained and tied up!!! WTH was THAT DNA evidence...??? DNA shoulda been ALL OVER that bed right??? And during Dasseys case, States attorney made comment bout blood being in concrete in the garage, NOT ONE DROP of blood evidence or DNA was ever found from Teresa in that garage or the cement aside from the bullet(planted?)..... And the key to her car, DNA evidence from Steven, NOT a fingerprint, DNA only and ONLY from Steve.... That was Teresa's key, WTH wasn't her DNA or prints found on it, REALLY???? Wisconsin justice system, you should be ashamed....

Judge Willis is a complete idiot, not sure how he became a judge....senile and didn't have his facts straight during sentencing.... Judge Fox is just as bad...!! Officers Colborn, Lenk, Wiegert, and Fassbender, lol, cant wait to hear bout the ride the KARMA bus is gonna take your crooked asses on!!! Believe me, she will find you and take away what you treasure most, may just be your own sanity, cause eventually your conscience will eat away at you too, but eventually YOU WILL get what you deserve..... The man/men (or woman/women) who really killed that beautiful soul will wither away, God will show his fury on your heart and soul and by the time your time comes, you will beg for death upon yourself..... Teresa's family, God has given you an ANGEL, forgiveness is Gods greatest gift, FIND IT IN YOUR HEART.... Good luck and Gods speed giving these men their rightfully, deserved freedom....

I feel both Steven and Brendon deserve a new trial

It is their constitutional rights to deserve a fair and unbiased trial!

Cops were so crooked in these cases. Judge was no better. With so many facts exposed there is no way these two should be in jail.

After watching the Netflix series. I can't believe that those 2 can go to prison which so little evidence . A joke

There is way too much reasonable doubt in this case to justify the "guilty" conviction. A new trial is the only way to truly put this matter to rest, guilty or not.

This is the most injustice case that I have ever seen!!! So saddened for Steven, Branden & their family. The police department were feeling threatened by Steven & were in a lawsuit with him. They should of NEVER been able to set foot on his property let alone be the one's responsible for his prosecution. It is awful that a young lady died but even more devastating that these two have to suffer for something they clearly did not do.

Keep hanging in there Steven , the truth will - set you free, having watched the documentary on Netflix I'm absolutely disgusted at and in which how on gods earth this case was not thrown out . Right from the beginning there has been a vendetta to silence you from the establishment from your previous case where upon you were about to go to court for compesation for wrongful imprisoment. How these police officers,investigators prosecutors and especially these judges sleep at night is beyond me but I'm a believer in karma if not in this life the next will do .. You will have your moment ...keep strong!!!

Beyond a reasonable doubt? I don't think so. Crooked cops? Not hard to believe these days. Ken Kratz, total douche. Mike Halbach or ex-boyfriend along w Cops should be seriously investigated.

Every American citizen deserves the right to a fair trial, and Steven Avery is no exception.

Everyone should have a fair trial and I personally do not think the State of Wisconsin has done right by these two men.

This is absolutely a crime. Wisconsin you need to fix this NOW. Before karma visits your precious family. Please allow him to live the rest of his life. He needs to be free.

While I have no idea whether Steven Avery actually committed the crimes he has been convicted of, there is absolutely zero question in my mind that the investigation process used to gather evidence against Steven Avery was wrought with police misconduct. The inherent conflict of interest that existed in the Manitowoc County Police Department alone should have precluded any involvement in the investigation. As not just a lawyer, but an American who wants to believe that our justice system is fair and designed to ensure those alleged of crimes are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, I am horrified that the Manitowoc police were permitted to engage in any capacity in the Halbach investigation (let alone the very same officers who were alleged to have withheld facts which could have exonerated Steven Avery and who were involved in a civil lawsuit filed by Avery against them). I implore upon the representatives of the State of Wisconsin to grant Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey new trials.

even a lay person can see that the Wisconsin justice system is so badly screwed it will take an act of God to change.
