Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Justice shall prevail.

Steven Avery and his parents are sweethearts. Brendan Dassey is a sweetheart. It's so damn obvious! Wake up, people!!!

The miscarriage of justice in this case is mind blowing. How many victims do these people want. Its not just the Avery men that are falling victim at the hands of this town/and PD...going back 20+ years, the 2ND rape victim would not have been subjected to the any of what she endured had they got the right man...and now, I am sure who ever killed this victim has already, or will commit murder again...and God forbid, it be one of the family members of the law enforcement involved. This is a disgrace! Honestly, if I was Steven Avery and I was gonna kill someone, it would have been one of the men that took 18 years of my life purposely and then added the insult of a mere $25,000 comp for the time served. Theyre innocent, they need to be realeased! Someone help that family!!!

I'm a Canadian who is so sickened by the unfair way Steven has been treated, for way too long! He somehow keeps his head up despite being knocked down repeatedly. I would have been inconsolable and suicidal after having been thrown in jail for a second time! Also, how could two men of below normal intelligence as stated in Making a Murder, pull off the perfect crime? They cleaned up so well, there was not a speck of DNA in the bedroom (besides the "key") ??? I obviously love murder mysteries, but this one is real and disappointed me deeply in it's ending.

I truly with all my heart feel that neither Steven Avery or Brendan Dassey were given a fair and just trial. I feel that they both deserve a new trial.

The Whitehouse statement seemed like an opportunity for them to brag about their amazing efforts. Forget signing that petition...waste of time. Find any way you can to support the avery family. We have to not let this happen to our fellow man.

The most unfair trial I've ever seen. How do you only have one suspect in a murder case? How do you allow such corrupt methods to claim men guilty when there is no proof? If everyone feels he's guilty still then what's the harm in a FAIR trial to prove it?

I have signed several petitions for Steven and Brendan. It made me sick to my stomach watching the police wiggle their way out of it! Sort the justice system out!!!!!

i watched the movie. its was very interesting as well as intriguing. one can never think that a whole town would go to those extremes to lock up an innocent man or men in better words. stoop to the levels of lying and doing everything they did to that whole family. its sad scary and everything else that comes with it. i tell you one thing if steves original lawyers from his first case just forced him to leave that town till his first case was won none of this would of happened to him. he would of walked away a very rich man for what they did to him the first time. sorry for his whole family. wish i could do more to help this family out. personal i think this whole thing was a whole set up. they got away with murder. sad!!!

I am a Canadian that had not watched the ten part documentary on the case but I have just finished watching the dr Phil show for the second day and in my opinion there's too many inconsistencies please set him free he did 18 years for a rape he did not have anything to do with

I saw the documentary and have no faith in the legal system anymore. Please hear the case and give them a new trial!

If there is to be any justice in this case, it needs to be investigated by normal, unbiased people from the federal government that reside in a different state and have no ties whatsoever to anything in that state.

i really do believe the saying innocent til proven guilty and yet in my eyes im still yet to see valid proof.
