Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Steven avery is innocent.

Justice, only justice for this man.

Give the man a fair trial. It has so many inconsistencies through it. All points to a small town mentality trying to protect judgmental bias. Didn't want him to sue your state for $36 million.

As far as I can tell this is a complete Travesty and these people who have done this must be held to account!

I would just like to say that both Steven Avery and Brenden Dassey are innocent of Teresa Halbach’s murder, it doesn’t take a smart person to see that the police in Wisconsin and the Attorney General are scared to admit that they made a mistake. I mean see for yourself that the new evidence is pointing away from both men toward a person or persons that had motive, opportunity. I’m signing this petition to get justice for all parties both Steven Avery and Brenden Dassey and Teresa Halbach.

When a State thinks they are above the law it is time to re-evaluate and investigate the criminality of those in charge and make them accountable. ALL states are to follow Judicial law set forth by our nation, the People!! Clearly, the State of Wisconsin and this particular county have NO regard to the family of Teresa and her family. Their bottom line is money. At all cost, even to the extent of murder, yes, that's right, I wouldn't be surprised to find that the police department murdered this young women to frame an innocent man so they wouldn't go bankrupt for the first unjust imprisonment!! The truth will unveil itself at the cost of the innocent.

This is by far the worst kangaroo court trial I have ever seen. The wild, wild west scenario!! We don't like you for personal reasons so without REAL evidence we will make it up to suit our case. This type of lynching in small town america needs to STOP!!!

WI is an embarrassment to the entire nation.

This entire ordeal is an absolute injustice. Any being with half the intelligence of a normal person should realize it. To the Avery family, don't ever give up hope. And to all that know they did wrong, prosecutors, judges, police, the real killer, you know you did wrong. Remember, there is the supreme judge. His name is God, you will answer to him. His punishments are severe and I am to happy not to be in any of your shoes. You may want to repent before it's too late. God bless all of those that help the innocent.

I watched part 2 this week. This is the most horrendous miscarriag of Justice I have ever seen. I cannot believe the USA legal system is so corrupt! How can we say "..with Liberty and Juctice for ALL" when we pledge allegiance ? There is a conspiracy in Wisconsin and it stinks to high heaven. In Pakistan today Asia Bibi is free. Pease don't tell me the Courts in Pakistan are more honourable than those in the US!

It's embarrassing it shouldn't even go to trial......the guys who stiched them up A G cops will get a taste of there own medicine when they go to jail for what they have done.

Please do the right thing and give him a new trail....if your case is solid you have no reason not to retry!!!

This case needs to retried and the judges that keep denying that also need to be held accountable as they are doing this simply for personal/political reasons and they are to be impartial.

We have lost touch with reality in our judicial system, in our politics, and our beliefs/values as Americans. Let us place our hope in the American people, lets make a change, carry out 0ur duty. We the people want Judicial reform and the release of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. Until our date in court stay strong and let our fight prevail.
