Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

The founding fathers would be disappointed how the justice system has shifted away from the law to stand their ground on a state that has simply gotten away with their defense teams, prosecutors, and everyone that has played a big part in protecting their own. The justice system has failed by the clear evidence Steven and Brendan are innocent that points at someone else, there are witness, DNA, lots and lots of holes in the prosecutors work that shows they were after Steven for what happened in the rape case they pinned on him that turned out to be a false conviction. What ever happened to getting justice the state of Wisconsin has issues with doing the right thing there has been so many violations by the county to get back at this man. I feel for the family for both families while the killer is still out there. I pray god shines the truth on this case to bring justice for both families.

In Disbelief that Steven Avery and Brandon Dassey are still serving sentences for a crime, that evidence clearly shows they did not commit and police who are here to protect our rights and freedom have persecuted the Avery family.

That whole county is corrupt everyone knows her boyfriend killed her

Everyone deserves a fair trial... This does seem unfair. Let it be before a jury.

You owe these men a FAIR trail.. Your entire court system in my opinion 100% corrupt and a danger to everyday people in your county. Including women in abusive relationships when it comes to you attorneys.. Sick.

They are innocent! Retrial immediately!

Thankful that I don't live in that state! What kind of a society allows such an injustice to all the innocent people and professionals working so tirelessly to address corruption. Clearly it is a society where powerful people rule and get away with their involvement in a murder. If it was one of their own family accused and jailed I know for a fact that the crime would have had the real killer or killers caught. Any decent person would want the innocent freed and the real killer imprisoned. The Goverment would be able to find a way to hold the Wisconsin police involved if they cared to do so. I hope Wisconsin endemic, vile attitudes that the police have don't go unpunished and that they are held accountable! Change is evident for the sake of all the people who live there.

What a miscarriage of justice. Innocent until proven guilty? Really? Beyond a reasonable doubt? How many more doubts could there possibly be? As if cops are deity. As if they are incapable of lying and having an agenda and assuring their narrative prevail. It happens all the time. With cell phone cameras and new technology we are in an age where police officer integrity is perpetually in question. This is a man's LIFE. He was already wrongly convicted. There are so many holes in the prosecution that it is mind baffling that he sits in jail Yet there he and his nephew unfairly spend their days. Pathetic!

Wrongly convicted. Anomalies suggest tapering. Not enough hard evidence. Testimony of events were presented to Dassey by authorities, the ideas where not of his own will. Dassey was interrogated while underage without representation or a parent present. His statement during that time should not hold. Among many many many many other resons this case should have been a mistrial, the technicalities of error on both the defense and state are vast. Wisconsin should have admitted the gig was up years ago. But too many golf games and hand shakes by attorneys and state reps. So glad this case has come to light. God bless the Averys and Dasseys

As a Marine Corps veteran... I am disgusted by the actions of those in higher positions of "The Law"

It is unfair having Steven and Brendan in jail for something they clearly haven't done. The State should be ashamed for what is doing and the attitude of the judges is unfair and impartial

This is an abomination to our country's justice system, I feel for his whole family.

Why won’t the Wisconsin justice law enforcements departments allow retrials if they are so certain of guilt.

Supreme court really need to look at this and get the governor involved in this

I am so angry at the criminal justice system, I would absolutely love more than anything to see the day Dassey and Avery get out, and all who was involved in framing him get the punishment they deserve.

I believe Steven was set up, and Brendan was used as a pawn to convict Steven. I’m sickened by the our judicial system especially the way Brendan’s confession was dragged out of him. Shame on the police, the prosecutor, and the judge, but mostly his own attorney who misrepresented him. His Judas actions were deplorable and he should have his license revoked.

What a corrupt travesty of so-called US justice. Does it just get worse? This is not the land of the free and equal opportunity

It sickens me how corrupted our justice system is still and no one is willing to do anything about it!!!!

Absolutely gut wrenching misuse of power and corruption in the legal system. These men are innocent and deserve a fair trial, and another chance at life for Christ sake!!!
