Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Regardless of the truth or opinion in this case, it is better to have 10 guilty men on the streets than to have one innocent man incarcerated.

I believe both Avery and Dassey are innocent of the crime and are victims of injustice.

Watched the documentary, both should be freed.

Please get justice for brendan.

I've never been so full of hate and anger towards the American justice system. God save that poor boy Brandon. They are evil people and he was clearly feeling trapped. I hope he's freed soon and those people that made him and the family suffer have a higher justice served.

Free Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey!

This is terrible. The police feel they are above the law. Everything about this case...the evidence, where the trial took place, the jury, the judge, all those involved in lying on witness stand to protect crooked cops is unfair and unjust. This is not the America I thought I lived in. Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery were not given the right to fair trial. The police framed Steven Avery and then when they couldn't get enough solid evidence to back up their fabricated story of the rape, slaughter, and mutilation of Teresa they turned to younger, innocent, unintelligent, helpless family members of Steven to confuse and manipulate them into filling in the blanks where the cops stories did not add up. While two innocent men sit in jail the real killer of Teresa is still out there. This is just a glimpse at why American freedoms are being lost. Cops can no longer be trusted. All those in authority positions are not held accountable for their actions. This being a perfect example of how the justice system is corrupt and those with money and power have all the real authority. DON'T LET BRENDAN AND STEVEN SIT IN JAIL FOR LIFE FOR CRIMES THEY DID NOT COMMIT. If they are guilty they at least have the right to a fair trial where the jury and the judges are not poisoned by prejudice toward a family name. This wrong and all those watching can see. The Wisconsin Supreme Court should be ordered by the Federal Supreme court to give these men a fair trial.

In reading the trial transcript and habeas corpus, I'm convinced he was wrongfully accused and deserves a new trial.

Whether he is innocent or guilty, this whole investigation seems crooked

The justice system simply let both Brendan Dassey and Steve Avery down. Brendan's confession was clearly coerced and forced upon by the interrogators. He claimed he didn't know anything but was continually pressured and told what to say. The public defender he had simply was not in his best interest as he thought his client was guilty and allowed Brendan to be questioned alone, it is unconstitutional and unjust what happened. There is no evidence or anything what so ever to have found him guilty. Steven Avery was framed for the murder by corrupt law enforcement, just look at the so called evidence. These men deserve to be free!

Brendan Dassey deserves a new trial! It is appalling what this young man has been subjected to. DO THE RIGHT THING WISCONSIN!!!!!

The original convictions and subsequent trials were an absolute perversion of justice. They should be allowed to appeal.
