The whole trail was a scam! And the jury incident screams of corruption! One thing after the other!! A retrial is needed a fair trial is needed.

From watching making a murderer I can tell just from watching the trial that the cops set them up!!! U have to be blind not to see that!! #INNOCENT!!!!

Unfair trial as been done im not saying steven avery is innocent but Brendan dassey is and its clear. they both deserve a new trial.

It is clear from all the evidence provided during the Making of a Murderer documentary that both Steven and Brendan are innocent. Shame on the government and all involved in putting these two behind bars.

If this judge is referring to a criminal past from Mister Steven Avery, then maybe it was the things he got in2 trouble over b4 the 18yr. sentencing? Some of it was referred 2 in the beginning of the Netflix series, which was what he did, alledgedly, 2 his cousin (who I might add was/is married 2 a police officer) in which he was supposedly assaulted her w/a gun & then something sexual too, and also a couple robberies. I'm sure it can be found for reference. I want 2 add I say supposedly bc I don't know for sure if he was convicted of those crimes-I want 2 say he was, bc if he hadn't got the 18yrs., he was still gonna get 6yrs for the assault on his cousin. Like I said I'm sure it can be found online. And normally I don't comment on stuff, lol, but I too feel strongly that things do not add up & are way off & they both deserve another fair trial, maybe even out of the county if that's possible. This 1 was so biased that that in itself made it unfair. I truly believe the entire town was against Steven. I remember hearing it only took 3 for a guilty count, 7 for not guilty & 2 for undecided and that the jurors that wanted to return a not guilty count felt almost bullied (4 lack of a better word) into returning a guilty one. So what does that tell ya, ya know? But anyway I just want to see it reported or blogged about, said correctly. Like even if Mr. Avery was guilty of the prior crimes, that does not mean he was automatically guilty of the later crimes-so please include all the info. That's all I'm saying. Thanks.

There is no question in my mind that this police department did a sloppy job. No blood or DNA and that the police dept obviously. The fact that a juror says that 3 stubborn juror's held out longer when 7 went in with a guilty verdict and they were just sick of being sequestered?
