Massive miscarriage of justice for both men. Manitowoc County should never have been involved. And the worst part is that it is likely that Teresa's killer walks free. Regardless, these trials were shams and should not have been allowed.

This defiantly needs a retrial if ever one was needed. I have worked as a psychiatric nurse in Britain for the past 13 years. My main concern with regards to this was as a 16 year old boy being interviewed by the police with no representation and clearly has some learning difficulties why was his capacity to consent to be interviewed not really addressed. If he I assessed to lack capacity which clearly he did how could his statement be held accountable in court ? Also having the same judge to decide of there was to be a retrial where Is the justice in this ??? Neither of the 2 cases proved evidence beyond unreasonable doubt that these 2 people were guilty

After watching the documentary.. I honestly can't believe the way the police department made up the charge and with the power of the law on their side use and abuse it to send a man to jail..the jugde was the worse one of them all..if he were not being paid off he would have seen that Steven Avery has been set up..Steven stay strong bro..I'm from England and we all are behind you..

They deserve a fair trial...anyone with sense can see they are innocent

It's plain obvious they are innocent and have been set up.

I've seen the justice system fail time and time again to people I am close with to respected families. They didn't stand a chance, this isn't fair.

What I saw on the police interview was the child abuse of a boy, plain and simple. Please join me in doing anything possible to help this victim!

The corrupt individuals that are responsible for this atrocity must be brought to justice and neither Steven Avery nor Brendan Dassey should spend another second in prison. Each moment they do further erodes our constitutional rights to natural justice, the presumption of innocence and a fair and just hearing. This is unacceptable.

I lost count of the inconstancies in the prosecuting case and how many times the law enforcement department broke standard procedure! Just ridiculous.

Please give Brendan Dassey another trial.

Brendan Dassey had no history of breaking the law, a quiet kid that was working towards his Higher School Certificate. His conviction was part of a witch hunt for his uncle he became part of the collateral damage set this kid free and let him get on with his life.

Free Brendan, my heart breaks for his missed opportunities.

Brendan is INNOCENT! Just because he didn't have money for a good lawyer those cops and that judge took FULL advantage. I'm disgusted...honestly disgusted!

Please consider a retrial for them. Justice wasnt served and they are innocent. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!!! We must show compassion if you want compassion shown towards you. You will all get what you deserve, for convicting the innocent. It will come back to you in ten folds. May God have mercy on your souls for all the wrong and hurt you've done to this family!!!!!!!!!!!! But who am I to judge or condem. Your fate is not in my hands, but is in the hands of our Lord who is just and true. he will have the last words.
