Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

We teach our children that bullying is not to be tolerated, yet Brandon was bullied and abused by the very system that was supposed to protect him. Shame on you!

If every a case warrants a retrial, this one is long over due. At the very least it will solve if Steven or Brendan are guilty or not and at the same time then permit Manitowoc County LE to begin the process of earning back citizen's trust by bringing those responsible for Theresa Halbach's murder to justice and start the healing for the Avery's, Halbach.s and the citizen's of the state of Wisconsin. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

By all common sense and every reality these two did not recieve a fair trial and as all human beings they deserve a fair trial that is tried with only the facts ONLY THE FACTS.

i dont think that jury could say Avery was guilty BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT so he should not have been found guilty!

Dodgy police and a very suspect DA, but media surely have some responsibility!

I fail to understand what the judges don't see to award a retrial. I think everyone here knows the facts of the cases, and both involve highly suspicious circumstances that need re-examining.

Just finished watching Making A Murderer and what can I say. What aload of old cop. There is no where near enough evidence anywhere to even prove Steven Avery comitted murder, and the police did everything to manipulate Brendan into telling them what they wanted they wanted to thear, they planted seed after seed in his head, and basically made him guilty. I stand by Steven and Brendan, they are innocent in my eyes. There was just to may corrupt people in thier state including police that had it in for them from day one, they wanted him out of sight, and what better way/better person to pass it all on. American Justice system needs SORTING OUT !

Set the innocent men free.

Godspeed!! Brendan and Steven deserve a just process that they don't appear to have ever had.

Pleasw give Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey a retrial. There were so many injustices in their previous trials! They deserve this fighting chance or the justice system has truly failed!
