The treatment of Brendan Dassey during his questioning and incarceration was reprehensible and is ridiculous. This child could not understand his situation or the repercussions of his statements. The most disgusting aspect is that the questioning officers were completely okay with the methods they employed. I feel confident with additional time they would have led him to confess to the grassy knoll shooting. Please allow this boy justice by providing for a new trial.

A retrial is the least the state can do for the Avery's. I believe them both to be innocent. I believe the state already concluded they were guilty and tried to put them away without solid proof. You are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty - there was foul play by the police and the state and the lawyers and the list goes on.

I watched the documentary, and believe that this was a hate crime against the Acery's that had been brewing for many, many years. There was absolutely no evidence supporting that either Avery or Dassey committed a murder. The only evidence that I seen was the plot that Law enforcement and prosecutors tried to lay out. It was amazing to watch all of the officials work together to cover their small town asses of being charged with injustice. All of the evidence that the extraordinary defense team had to prove it was a conspiracy was bluttingly obvious. I am still astonished by how many corrupt people resided in the town and that the Avery's were the people that showed that they had family values and connection. Maybe that was the problem with the people hating the Avery's, they may have been poor and not the brightest, but they made a life by having each other and that connection of support. Whatever started the rivalry began many years ago which I theorize began with the amount of land that Avery's owned and the popularity of their business.
