As an outsider and an impartial jury I have formulated my opinion based on the evidence I have collected from the tv programme and reading other information on the news I declare him innocent. And Brandon dassy! I think they are both mentally unequiped to answer certain questions eloquently due to their upbringings and circumstances which in Brandon's case lie because he though that was what the police wanted him to say in order to be free. In any case I don't know why the police have such a vendetta for Steven avery and I suggest the hearing should be carried out by totally impartail lawyers and judges and jury from around the world. There is no Dna evidence to show she was in the trailer or garage and all evidence seemed to appear when certain officers were at the crime scene, Lenk for example. I sign this petition for a proper trial to be held with nobody affiliated to the case for a retrial. It can be held twice for certain and Dna should be taken of police officers involved and they should be examined further, in the same way avery and dassy were. I think we'd here a different story

I think the Judges in Avery and Brendan cases kept giving the D.A and MANITOWAC team all the power. There were no evidence against Brendan other than coerced statements, OMG his first lawyer broke all ethics rules.

Cops had 36 million reasons to frame Avery. It would have bankrupted the whole Wisconsin police force. What more do people need to know?

Why do the injustices and shady police questioing practices of Mr Dassy and Mr Avery by the state of Wisconsin continue? These 2 deserve a right to be heard. It is so obvious that juatice was not done. Pull your head out of the sand Wisconsin.
