Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

I understand Steven may not be the smartest person, but who in the world would do this, being so close of receiving a huge chunk of money??and then all of the sudden decide to commit such crime and make no effort to get rid of all evidence, I mean Anyone would at the very least get rid of the keys and leave the car somewhere else. That evidence Makes no sence at all. It seams totally framed by those who were going to be affected by the law suit.

Steven and Brendan were falsely accused. This is such an injustice! Please review their case!

NO MOTIVE WAS EVER MENTIONED!!!! R U SERIOUS? In addition to everything else. It seems that the relationship between Steve his cousin and her law enforement husband are the true and original cause that was never looked into enough. That is what needs to be uncovered.

I think there is way more doubt and suspicious acts by the police department that any jury should have found him not guilty. I believe he needs a pardon at the very least a new trial out of that county.

I believe all people are entitled to a fair trial. I do not think either of these men received one

The way these 2 men have been treated by those sworn to serve and protect is an absolute outrage. We the people will not stop signing petitions until justice has been served in both Brendan & Stevens legal cases.

He was set up and he is innocent.

I agree 150% ..the judge, the idiot public defender for the nephew were all in on this. The system is corrupted. ..just aweful. Its wrong. Mr Katz talks about Dna in the car, burn body, murder in the shed, which one is it? Let me see, Steve killed her in the shed and burned her, then he tells the nephews jurors, the victim was killed in the bed, was raped...but there's no blood evidence on the bed, carpet, wall etc.... pick one Mr Katz. This case has bothered me so much because Steve was framed, the nephew was brought in just because...for good measure. Next, we'll probably read Steve got taken out by another prisoner. Sad but true, they're capable of it. Free steve!

Not just a new trial but a FAIR trial. I cannot see how a jury could have had no reasonable doubt in this case.

Provide a fair and bias free trial for Steven and Brendan! Find who murdered Teresa and let this deplorable crime against humanity rest in peace and find true justice for all involved.

This man deserves fair representation and was not given that in his trial. I feel that he should be given a new trial with a different judge.

Make right what so many enforcement did wrong. Instead of thinking about the police force think about what you have stole from not only Stephen and Brendan but their whole family too. Any professional involved in this case wants linching! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from all involved

If the Supreme Court and Federal Court don't grant him a new trial, that makes them just as guilty and shows that the Wisconsin judicial system has failed. Innocent people should not be locked up! The real killer is still out there!
