Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

This is such an obvious framing of an innocent man and his mentally challenged nephew. This family has been intentionally targeted by the local jurisdiction and eventually the FBI on this case it is disgusting. I am praying for the Avery family and feel such anger in how this family has been treated. The Wisconsin innocence project should be ashamed of themselves for abandoning this man and family during this. I am intelligent and have a reasosonable IQ and am able to look at the evidence in question and easily come to the decision that I have come to. All the people involved in this need to pray for they're souls and the judgement of God himself. I would really enjoy hating these disgusting law enforcement officials but I pray for that so I don't become as horrid as the people involved. I pray without ceasing for justice. May God have mercy on your souls.

Makes me sick to my stomach, with all the evidence presented to the Court, how can 2 innocent people be sentenced for murder & rape. It makes no sense, especially when not one bit of DNA was found in the house, bedroom, garage from Tersea, Steven or Brandon. This girl was chained up, raped, stabbed multiply times then shot in the head. Not one trace of blood, hair, skin etc was found. Makes no sense. I feel for Steven his family, Brandon & his family......its sick sick sick that the State of Wisconsin can continue to live with this decision & ruin so many lives affected by this.

These innocent people need let out at once! Clear to see the cops had it in for Steven. You would need to be really dumb not to see that. Covering up these cops asses. These so called cops need banged up. I hope they get justice and these terrible people who did all this get what is coming to them and everybody will see them for what they really are. Snake's.What cop in a trailer does not find a key first search? It is laughable. That say's it all never mind the rest. You have taking everything from these poor men. Amen

It was so hard to watch the lives of these two innocent men being destroyed by the State, who have all the money, all the power and can clearly do whatever they like. They cannot get away with this. My heart goes out to Stephen, Brendan and their long suffering families. Dolores has stayed strong through so much - she is an amazing mother and an amazing woman.

Guilty or innocent these two men were not given fair trials. Where is the DNA evidence?? There is no possible way even a crime scene clean up could wipe away all evidence. Why would Avery clean so thoroughly everywhere else but leave his blood in her vehical? Why would he put her in her vehical at all if he killed and destroyed her remains all in and around his own home? And Brendan Dassey should be released ASAP. He clearly did not have the mental ability to withstand questioning and pressure from these detectives. They used every trick they new to get what answers they needed. His flip flopping on his involvement clearly had more to do with his confussion as to why he was being told to admit to these horrible acts. Don't even get me started on the fact he was given an attorney who made it his mission to use Brendan to further the prosecutions case against Steven Avery. At the very least they deserve new fair trials Where the jury hears everything not just what the state uses to win.

Free these men. They are innocent. And the whole justice system is a joke for this you can clearly see the two detectives trying to push him into saying something that never happened. Shame on the law in that state.

This case is heartbreaking & clearly defines just how flawed our system is. The Law says innocent people want to cooperate and labels anyone who doesn't trust the system as someone who's trying to hide something. How can we trust the law when it is guilty until proven, with great sacrafice, innocent. The fact that Steven & Brendan were found guilty is appalling and screams conspiracy & injustice. I'm not implying such things as conspiracy to plant evidence but I do believe there was a conspiracy to ignore the obvious by the Court, the Investigators & the DA. HOW can it not be considered a mistrial by conflict when the Manitowoc law was involved while under suit by Avery?!? The Judge finding that Brendan deing of sound mind when making his "confession" because he did not look scared is absolute purposeful obtuse thinking on his part. It doesn't take a college degree & bar exam to see that the Officers were suggestive to the point of saying Brendan we want you to tell us the truth but THIS is the truth you are going to tell. NOT to mention the Courts appointed Attorney Kachinsky allowing the investigator to question Brendan forcing Brendan to say he is sorry for what he did before he would help him! So so so many wrongs proving how Steven & Brendan were believed to be 100% guilty without the possibility of innocence. The system has too many loop holes giving those the freedom to adjust laws as they so choose in order to manipulate the facts. I firmly believe our system failed these men & was eager to do so. I pray they see freedom soon. May God bless them by bringing his wrath on those who purposefully failed Steven & Brendan.

It's so sad that our justice system is like this and I know myself first hand! We teach our kids to trust the police and now we have to teach our children not to because of detectives, judges, attorneys that can do something like this to these men.
