Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

I think the justice system and judge in that county are crooked who let's a trial pursue when cops that are being sued by the defendant are investigating the case WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?????

This is such a mess that these men were so falsely prosecuted. The court system and law enforcement should be accountable for their actions. The higher courts need to step up and do what's right. Great job to Mr. Averys attorneys. for proving the innocence of these men but it's a shame no one listened on that jury. I don't know how they sleep at night.

there both clearly innocent I feel so sorry for them victims of a corrupt system. my hopes and prayers are with them they deserve to be free men especially avery .

Can the so-called educated, intelligent legal professionals in these cases not see how blatant the coercion in these trials was? To think that law enforcement officials, who are supposed to protect and serve, can behave in such a deplorable way is beyond all comprehension. Seriously, how were Steve or Brendan supposed to get a fair trial when the entire police department, judges, jurors, etc were all out to "get them". How is it that after 6 intensive searches still no evidence was found in Steve's home yet on the 7th search a "key" piece of evidence is uncovered (excuse the pun) by a police officer hoping to advance his career perhaps? What happened to innocent until proven guilty? "Home of the Brave, Land of the Free" ... freedom for who? Those who have an IQ above 80? Just because some people don't live the kind of life that you do doesn't give you a reason to go all out to "get them". Not all are geniuses but all have the right to a fair trial. The judges in this case were certainly lacking in the "genius" department as they had already made up their minds that Steve and Brendan were guilty before their trials had even begun. I totally agree with Louise from Edinburgh that both should be given the opportunity of new trials with judges, jurors, etc from across the globe. I mean, you've got a DA who's a drug addict and sex addict who gets both these men convicted for a crime which he or any one of his cohorts could have committed themselves. Mr Kratz gets all bent out of shape about his reputation, his family, blah blah blah when questioned about his text messages but what about Steve and Brendan's reputations, families, etc? Don't they also deserve the same? Mr Kratz lost his job - whoopee!!! Sexual harassment is a crime!! Why is he not in jail serving time in a cage? Where's the justice in that? Steve and Brendan - in my opinion, after watching the documentary and reading numerous media reports, I firmly believe that you are both innocent and have been abused

What an injustice! The judges there appear to have IQs less than 70.

I believe they deserve a fair trial. Not everyone is legally educated but anyone could see the unfairness in this case. He was convicted before the murder. Bad things always happen to good people and this is high example of this. There has been no justice and I believe everyone deserves a fair chance. How can anyone respect the justice system when they see examples of injustice like what the Avery family have been through.

I live in Wisconsin and I'm from here. This place is referred to as the land the constitution forgot. Theres another saying we have here, it's come to Wisconsin on vacation and leave on probation. There is more prisons here per capita than any where in the world. With more people locked up in jail or prison than any where in the world per capita. The state of Wisconsin receives federal money because it's prison system is over populated. I know in 2002 the D.O.C was processing 1500 prisoners a week through intake at Dodge correctional facility in Waupon Wi. IT'S A BUSINESS. and business is good. It will take an act of God to get those two released and if the do get released they better move out of the state or sadly they will be locked up again.

Yes we need a new trial, it is important to exonerate Steven and Brendan of this crime.

Even though I'm not American, I have watched his case on Netflix. I honestly think he's innocent. The evidence alone proves he is and the corruption of the police should not be tolerated any longer...

just finished watching the 10part documentery about this case and im totally shocked and dumbfounded that this can happen to innocent people so glad we live in England were police officers would never be able to get away with framing these guys the way they have. every one I know who has watched this programme feel the same I just hope these guys get justice for themselves feel for you pal .

Justice has not been served!!! These officers have been after him from the very beginning. They are the ones that need to be locked up....I feel so sorry for this man.
