Hear the cases!! This is a disgrace...what happened to Stephen Avery and Brendan Dassey is horrific and cops, district attorney should be JAILED!!!!

I cannot tell you who is the murderor, all I can say that is a graduated crime scene technician, bliss would have been all over the crime seen. That is not evident in this case. The criminal justice system, it appears, has failed both of these men. tgese men both have a right to a fair trial... They were setup for failure from the beginning. I have no probable guesses on how this woman lost her life, but there is reasonable doubt that Steven Averey and Brendan Dassey are behind it. One of the main issues I have with the case is how did fans lies not smell burning flesh? That smell is next to impossible to forget. Not once do you hear mention of that, and get the family lived close together on the property. A second chance to a fair trial is their right, please grant them that right.

Our judicial system failed not only these innocent men and their families but Teresa Halbach and her family. A new trial is without question warranted, and most certainly should be held outside of this jaded community.

All evidence should be re-examined without biases. Personal feelings or vendettas have no place in judicial proceedings.. Highest of court officials need to be reviewed. Certain cases should have a standard of three to five judges to discuss certain points that may have been missed along the way. Retry this case. Prove beyond a shadow of doubt that thes s men are guilty.

Who could possibly had more incentive to create a crime and pin it on Steven Avery and Brenden Dassey; an extremely low IQ and mentally challenged kid; easy targets. I mean the Manitowoc Sheriff and Lenk, both named in the law suit and personally liable for monetary damages. Not to mention their ruined integrity and forever failed reputations. You have to be willfully blind to have convicted these to Avery "Clan" people.

This is a huge travesty. The entire Wisconsin justice system should be ashamed and severely punished. Its puts every other justice system under speculation and makes a mockery of justice.
