I'm retired police officer I think by watching the documentary the police da and judge are corrupt its shocking god bless you Steven and Brendan and the family I've interrogated people and its very intense

I hope the US justice system will make it right

This obvious miscarriage of justice MUST be reversed. PLEASE hear this case and renew our trust in the criminal justice system.

They should both get new trials.

Dear God please let your truth, and light shine on the individuals involved with the murder of Teresa Halbach. Please let those with the position and power see this petition and help free these two innocent men!

I've seen the documentary on Netflix and since have not been able to sleep at night. I am deeply disturbed at the arrogance and self-righteousness shown by law enforcement in Wisconsin. I believe that Steven Avery and his nephew both deserve a fair trial outside of the state of Wisconsin.

More needs to be done they have not found Theresa murder yet and it was a crime of passion done by someone who knows her more than just to take pictures of thier autos for her magazine someone who knows her on a sexual level and most pyscho are between ages of early 20s to late 30s and remain single so let's look at ex boyfriend

Wisconsin Supreme Court should hear this case.

I believe a new trail is warranted at the very least. There is obvious corruption and bias.

Both Steven and Brendan are innocent.

With no DNA evidence and police interrogation of a minor without the presence of an adult or lawyer is unlawful. Set a new trial, so the real murderer can be convicted for the death of Theresa Halbach.

Police in America think they can't do what they want without consequences! It's about time things changed

I am a citizen of The Netherlands, me and my boyfriend watched in disbelieve how the United States justice system has failed you. We truly hope that you and Brendan will be heard.

It's obviously clear that this wasn't a fair trial by any means. The possibility that the the county would be on the hook for 36 million and civil liabilities as well, is the fuel for the horrendous trial. That amount of money would cripple that county and it's a same that you are guilty until proven innocent rather than innocent until proven guilty.
