Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

I'm wondering how many murders there is In Wisconsin ? I'm very curious . proberbly 100 years ago SMH but just out of the blue there's a murder everything happened even in Stevens yard ? Wow What a big break they got .I mean come on .Usely murders takes days months even years to investigate to get clues and to actually get a confession. But nope .They got soo lucky right ?? SMH Unbelievable ! How that even happened when Steven was sueing for 36 million dollars .naaaa nothing doesn't look wrong with that picture ? She was murdered on Halloween also .What's going with that ? you never know .I wouldn't of believe that a whole town could be involved in such a thing and it did happen. So what else they are doing in that town ? I think myself that they saw that girl going there or they knew that she was going there and was waiting for her and killed her to frame Steven .... Or Teresa's family is involved with the whole thing .She might not even be dead .Those bones might not even be hers . Funny thing .remember that kid Branden said he had a dream of a person with a black robe and took the hood down and it was Theresa . Crazy !

Release Steve Avery and his nephew. This is so wrong. We need a better criminal justice system.

This a travesty of justice! Those cops and that county had 36 million motives to perpetuate this! I would be embarassed to live in Wisconsin.

This whole thing was staged by the police, the crooked lawyers, and the crooked judge. I believe all the supposed blood of Steven's they found was placed there by the police. The one cop who knew the license plate of Teresa's SUV had to have been starring at it to even know it... Why was he not investigated? He had the look of a criminal the whole time if the trial! Obviously, they were out to get that family since 1985 when he was arrested for a crane he NEVER did! Now they are doing it again! There is no hope for that town and the crooked law enforcement officers make the decision so one is guilty until proven innocent. Where was everyone's common sense during this or either trial for that matter?!? Why would a man who was imprisoned for a crime he didn't commit for 18 years ever kill someone and place everything to convict him in his backyard and property??? Give these two people a fair trial! As for the Halbach family, I feel pain for you and I know you want someone held responsible for Teresa's death and is do I but you can't deny that Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey did NOT have a fair trial and in my belief they rreally are innocent and those that railroaded their lives should be held accountable! You seen the interrogation videos, those officers forced Brendan into confessing, look at how many times his story changed and it changed because the police involved fed him what they wanted to hear! Whoever couldn't see that must be blind! GIVE THEM A FAIR TRIAL THAT DONT INVOLVE POLICE AND COURT OFFICIALS THAT WHERE DEALING WITH STEVEN'S FIRST WRONGFUL CONVICTION!

Since I was young, I allways used to love ALL about USA. It's a luck not to be young no longer. These two men deserve their freedom and those 36 million dollars and all wisconsin state.

He is innocent.

Both of these men, at the very least, deserve a new trial.

Get these two a new trial immediately, and this time make it a FAIR trial!

These two deserve a new trial, no doubt in my mind. In my country, the Netherlands, we're lucky to have a judicial system that actually works. At least it is a hell of a lot better than the system in the US. I for one am amazed why in the hell you would give 12 people -without any judicial background or knowledge- the power to condemn anyone to death or prison? What is wrong with you people? Have a look at the Dutch legal system! It may not be perfect, but it's 100.000 times better than the US version of fair justice. Open your eyes people, you could be next! If someone with a little knowledge of how the US system works, has it out for you, you could be screwed BIG time!!! Steven Avery and his nephew are both innocent, any moron can see that!!! So yes, they both deserve a new, honest and fair trial. It is time now to see the US judicial system for what it really is, a freaking media horror show.

I don't think I have ever seen or heard of a more blatant miscarriage of justice. Absolutely disgraceful. Every official involved in this conviction should be immediately suspended and held under independent review.

Give Brendan and Steven a chance, both are in need of a new case. Please help them! My thoughts and prayers are with them and the entire Avery family

This is a no brainer. Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey are innocent and the real killer is still out there. I cannot believe that law enforcement, the judge and investigators in that area have gotten away with what they have! It disgusts me. PLEASE reinvestigate and find the real killer so that Teresa Halbach's family can have closure and so that the Avery family can be left alone!
