I'm so sorry that our justice system has again failed this man. It is a darn shame that our law enforcement officers have to put words into a young man's mouth that never happened. Then we are supposed to tell our children to trust and obey the law?!

There is not enough evidence to convict Steve. There are far too many contradicting statements and evidence that one would have found him not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

New trial of Brendan Dassey with illegally obtained confessions excluded
Hunt for real killer of Theresa Halbach....whatever some people's presumptions about the relative worth of Averys - there is a very high probability that a real animal is still walking free, knowing they got away with murder!

Nothing has changed much in 50 years. The USA Govt, Law Enforcement Agencies, FBI, CIA etc all banded together to assassinate a President. Warren Commission was a set up as well. Corruption in Govt still abounds.

Whether or not he did it, is irrelevant here. He was completely denied a fair trial. That blood evidence had been tampered with should have been enough to completely discredit the prosecution.
