Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Please give Steve Avery a new trial and let Brendan Dassey just go home. Both these men are innocent.

The depth of injustice is beyond words for the convicted innocent and the victim who has yet to receive peace by way of true justice.

I believe in the bottom of my heart Steven is innocent, 100% because of the evidence and just how nothing adds up, he shouldn't pay for the crimes of others or because this county is so lacking for actual morals!

RE: Brendan Dassey: It is deplorable how Mr. Dassey was interrogated and how he was CLEARLY coerced into false confession(s). His initial statement about what really happened that day has not wavered. Whereas, his coerced "confession" was so guided that he couldn't replicate it when he tried. RE: Steven Avery: The lack of blood evidence in the home and the blatant disregard to proper police/investigator procedures coupled with the lack of following other leads and intentional targeting of Mr. Avery is just the beginning of what is wrong with this case. Judge Willie ought to be ashamed of himself for doing the very thing that he told the jurors NOT to do. That is, he stated that Steven's crimes have escalated in severity. In saying that, he is refuting Seven's overturned conviction; thereby implying that the system was wrong. By that admission, both men should be granted another trial.

This is a shame to the justice system in America. This was not a fair trial.

This is not what our founding fathers had in mind when creating this incredible country and would be ashamed of all parties not righting this wrong. Shame on our government.

You have to be blind not to see both Steven and Brendon are innocent.

I'm appalled at the injustice happening in Manitowoc County for at least thirty years. These law enforcement officers are horrible representations of the honest, law-abiding officers that respect the Constitution. Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey deserve to be pardoned or at the very least, each should be granted a new trial. Furthermore, Steven should be appointed a lawyer to assist him in making his case. Our Founding Fathers must be rolling over in their graves at the blatant Constitutional rights that were proliferated time and time again in both cases.

Give them a new trial! These men are clearly innocent!!!! What a sickening display of "justice" in these 2 cases.

There was so much judgement from the judge, to the court appointed lawyer and they were missing all of the illegal issues at hand which would have required a mistrial and also the convictions to be thrown out. So sad and pathetic. The search warrant on the property alone was not constitutional. so anything that "was" found should have been inadmissible in court.

These men deserve a new trial. Please have a conscious. It's sad that there is a killer or killers still running around. New investigations need to be conducted.

I agree entirely if people in positions of power abuse that power they should face the harshest of all penalties as we put our trust in these people. Free these innocent men Hoe many were involved in this corruption ? How high did it go ? The serious facts and obvious corrupt actions were consistently ignored what the hell is going on here. How is this even possible ? Why is the Supreme Court refusing to hear the case. . It's simple ..... This is way to damaging now it's gone too far. The exposure would blow the lid on some serious corruption .... Well the way this is gathering momentum I don't think they will have a choice. Justice should be served

It's time to take our country back, corruption is out of control!!! Free Steven and Brendan immediately and find those responsible for the murder of Theresa!!!!!!

Steven deserves a fair trial.

This is a tragic story, it needs to be heard in a different court than the one that decided he was guilty long before hearing any facts!
