Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

I sincerely hope justice will prevail for steven avery and brendon dassey.

He was totally framed for that murder in 2005 free him now!!

It was just pure lie after lie from the prosecution. Let's hope something is done for Steven!

Reasonable doubt

I just watched "Making A Murderer" last week. There was so much evidence showing that Steven wasn't guilty. I believe that someone did kill Teresa but the police had Absolutly no leads so the only person they could think if was Steven Avery. I think that when Avery began to sue, they bacame a laughing stock and were embarrased and that may have fueled the fire. The truth will come out and the police of That county are probably praying that this doesn't go to trial again. It has gotten so much national attention Steven Avery will be freed sooner than you think.

Let the justice system show that it really can be just and afford Steven the justice he deserves.

I'm no lawyer but what I watched was pure lie after lie from the prosecution.. Shame on all involved . I hope justice is found for Steven....

I'm hoping for the best. Watching what happened makes me mad beyond belief. I support both of these guys 100% and believe whole heartedly they were framed. They both need new trials and far away from Wisconsin. Good luck.

If the police/lawyers were able to coerce & convict via a false conviction in *this* case.... think of how many other prior (and future) cases they could affect!! Their badges should be stripped and the lawyers should be disbarred!! This is *NOT* American "justice"!!! A complete sham!! The prosecution must have used the word "TRUTH" about a thousand times.... but everything they said was a complete and utter fabricated lie(s)!! And now we have them claiming that the documentary only "cherry picked" evidence. Reeeally?? Evidence is *still* evidence!!! And it all pointed to gross misconduct and utter disregard for ANY form of proper proceedure, investigation, conduct, & regard for the law/Constitution and this man's civil liberties!!! Not only was he railroaded by the system.... but then it was sickening to see how quickly those closest to him (supporting the new "Avery Bill") distanced themselves before anything was proven!! Shame on all of you! It amazes me that people treat him as if he was a bad guy all along and just happened to get off on a technicality the 1st time. The man was INNOCENT!!! They knew this!! They covered it up!! They were about to be punished for it.... but apparently $450K or $36 million is the price worthy of selling out an entire department's integrity and forgetting the oath that they all took to uphold the law! Even the videotape of the initial search.... the woman snickering and joking... treating him as if she already knew he was guilty. Soooo wrong!!! (A search, which by the way, didn't uncover this mystery key... until several searching later when the very people being accused of misconduct the 1st time just 'happen' to find the key in plain site??? Really???) Again.... how can this happen??? What is this world coming to when this can be so obvious to everyone except the people that matter?? *Sad* *Disgusted* *Ashamed*

A third world village tribe... the Soviet Union... China... maybe, but this is "justice" in America?? Even if you throw out all the gross misconduct, throw out the tampered evidence, throw out the letter of the law and, hell, throw out the Constitution while you're at it.... you're still left with plain *common sense* that shows time & time again this case was mishandled and completely fabricated... based on the forced testimony of a developmentally challenged 16 year old (without council or parental consent) who only *repeated* what the officers wanted him to say so that he could be back to class in time to finish his school project or watch Wrestlemania!! These officers should NOT be in any place of authority! Dassey's own attorney (if you can call him that), the smiling Mr. Media Attention imp of a lawyer Len K. should be disbarred! The poor kid was coerced by the police over & over... and then coerced into falsely confessing by his own attorney's investigator!!! (All while good ol' Lenny is smiling it up in front of the media every chance he got! Sickening misconduct sir!) And the Judges should have their heads examined for continually allowing this to go on. No motive! No ("real") evidence! And you mean to tell me that a man who already knows that he's in the spotlight and days away from nearly a half-million dollar payoff (if not more later) is just going to decide to kidnap, rape, murder a woman who he's already met several times before??? And he's able to clean out all the (supposed) mess inside, but fails to clean or get rid of (strip/crush) her vehicle and just leaves it on his property?? They try every obvious tenique to get a false confession from Avery and when that doesn't work they harass and try to pressure his girlfriend/fiance. Then, when that doesn't work, they force a false confession from an obviously mentally/socially challenged 16 year old minor... who's *ONLY* consistent story was that he knew absolutely nothing and was playing Playstation wh

The conduct of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Manitowac County sheriffs office in regards to Steven Avery's case is and was improper and an outside entity needs to step in and reprimand both parties. The actions taken by the judicial branch in his case should be held in contempt. The prejudice against Avery by the prosecution, sheriffs office, and the court should be sufficient enough to declare a mistrial.

he deserves a retrial

The judicial system failed this man many times. Here I always thought it was innocent until proven guilty, in this case it appears he was guilty until proven innocent. Seems that the up to 36 million dollar lawsuit lit a fire under the right persons feet.

Innocent shocking state of affairs

I kelly have watched the Netflix series and really cannot get my head around the court just not wanting to listen and been deaf! The blood evidence been touched the key with only 1 persons finger prints I honestly belive steven was innocent and belived him all the way through there was no doubt in my mind our politicians fiddle tax and have to stand down but yet there are lawyers judges police have done wrong in there jobs so many times why the he'll have they still got a job I belive this would not happen in England God bless all your family Steven! !!
