It seems that there is enough evidence to implicate local authorities in a conspiracy to avoid a multi-million dollar settlement.

How the young one could not already have a new trial is beyond me. It shows a serious problem with our criminal justice system today. Beyond that, It challenges the safety of anyone's children against police, who use terrible, absolute horrible techniques against them.

Maybe we have a lot of kilometers between us, but I'm sad for him and I think he was wronged.

I am astounded how 2 juries could not find at the very least...doubt?!!! How is that possible? I don't know if he did it or not but he 100% deserves another trial somewhere where it can't be tainted as he first pathetic and embarrassing trial was. I am mortified for Steven, Brendan and America!
