Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

I am more disgusted with the way this case has been conducted. As someone who serves the public (the military) I took an oath of ethics that I live by- and to take advantage of individuals that are not as affluent as others is a disgrace to the ethics I serve! This is not America - I am sick to my stomach!!!

I signed an oath, so did the detectives, the sheriff, the prosecutor, and the judges. The way the case was conducted is a disgrace to what I stand for and what I believe America stands for. Give them both a fair trial. MAJ Richardson

There is so much evidence clearly indicating someone framed Steven Avery. After spending 18 years in prison for something he did not do, it does not make sense why he would want to go back to prison for something much worse! Which would put him in prison for life. He was about to win a case and would've had enough money to live more than comfortably, it is clear he was framed by someone. He deserves to live the remaining years of his life with his parents.

Brendan deserves to be free. Absolutely ridiculous he was convicted.

These men deserve a fair trial and they certainly did not get it the first time.

What justice system, America has no justice. America is no more.... As for Wisconsin, Well You Suck! The government of that state should be held responsible, and accountable for, and on trial for the Murder of Teresa Halbach! How about a motion to incarcerate all employees of the Manitowoc Judicial System, and then send all Syrian Refugees to Wisconsin...

They both deserve a fair trial which neither received. This is unconstitutional!

Please free Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey as I believe that they were both wrongfully convicted in the absence of any credible evidence and due to a corrupt legal system.

Steven Avery and Brandan Dassey did not receive a fair trial and deserve justice. How many times in one lifetime does a man have to be imprisioned for crimes he did not commit.

I believe that Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey did not receive a fair trial.

At the very least Brendon Avery was a victim of collusive and unethical tactics on the part of his defense team and the prosecution. On a much larger scale, other than a forced confession, there was not one single piece of evidence against him. This alone constitutes a new and fair trial, that he never received.

First and foremost I give my deepest sympathy to the of family of Teresa, but I think Mr.Avery and his nephew deserve a new Trail, in the document on netflix there's a lot of unclear theories.

I am sickened by this. I feel so bad for this family. What is wrong with our system of justice when it's so obvious these men are innocent but yet they ate still convicted and sent away? Shame on those jurors and the Judge! !

No Justice if you're fighting the "good ole boys club" or for those that can't afford to keep paying attorneys!

Astonished they are still behind bars. Extremely fishy behaviour from the police and unfair treatment of Steven and Brendan. They deserve a new trial minimum...
