Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

With the evidence I saw, not saying some might not have been able to be seen, I believe a new trail should happen.

Give Steven a fair trial in another state.

Seven Avery deserves a new trial.

I watched the Documentary on Netflix. I seen these guys innocent from the very first integration. Hope all goes well for these two. Both have been in my thoughts since the first day I started watching the documentary.

He's a good man with a good heart, a gentle soul, with tenderness behind his eyes and a softness in his voice. He's NOT the one!

Teresa deserved better then to have her name slandered like this. My heart goes out to her entire family. RIP Teresa

Why is Sgt Colburn not implicated in the murder of Teresa when he read in her licenses plate number three days before they found her car at the Avery salvage yard? On the tape of him testifying he clearly looked like he had something to hide and wasn't being truthful. This whole court system of Wisconsin is embarrassing. It has shown and continued to shows how they have failed Steven and Brenden. #GETITRIGHTAMERICA #MAKEITRIGHTAMERICA

This child's life has been destroyed by the most blatant display of abuse of police power. This is supposed to be a country where "innocent until proven guilty" is the foundation of law. You have abused power and I for one, hope all involved in destroying this child, serve life in prison.

I believe Mr. Avery. I believe he was and still is being set-up by the Wisconsin court system. In my opinion I think he should be granted a new trial to see if there can be any new evidence into the case whether it be DNA or a juror.

SHAME on you, you took away a whole family's life. How was this aloud to happen. I just can't comprehend what they did to this family, a blind person can see the were set up and that's without a doubt. They loved the attention. That poor family, get them innocent people out of prison and find who really killed teresa, May god forgive them!!!!!. I also pray for steven Avery's mother, you could tell her heart was broke, May god bless her. NOW GET THEM OUT!!!!!!!!

I believe that Steven did not take this woman's life and this is a miscarage of justice to many unanswered questions I think all the evidence against him should be sent to a to a alternative police force investigation service such as Scotland Yard for consideration of an outside police department the. Evidence against Steven and Brandon is totally inconclusive and secumstancial this was not a fair trail or an honest conviction I do feel sorry for the young ladies family for the loss of her life but I do believe that her killer is still out walking around in the community any body who knew nothing about this case or Steven before viewing this on Netflix would have reasonable doubt and would over turn this conviction or at least grant these 2 people a fair trial using people from outside the state preferably from another country who has no connections in anyway the sheriffs department needs to be investigated for misconduct and criminal charges should be laid against these people who knowingly put an innocent man in jail

I watched this documentary and was infuriated by the corruption from the DOJ all the way down to the county police Lenke and Colburn! Who in my opinion are soley responsible for this womans killer remaining free and could quite possibly be them. Poor Brendan! What a tragic example of bullying and puttong the terror in interrogation! Its disgusting that the judicial system in Wisconsin is this blinf and corrupt!

Fair trial. Every citizen deserves that. More goverment not willing to accept responsibility for their own mistakes. Justice I guess in Wisconsin's eyes means finding a scape goat and not pursuing the truth.

Too many unanswered questions. Seems innocent to me.

Give a fair New Trial This man has suffered enough and deserves this. Every Human Being deserves a fair trail with legit evidence not being tampered. This has been corrupted and needs a new trial ! This man did 18 years already for a crime he did not commit think about it and please reconsider His trial

Unbelievable corrupt cops and attorney general incredible you couldn't make this up if you tried. The state of wisconstant should right the wrong that has been done to Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. No DNA no blood DNA contamination car keys found after several searches police force told to stay out of the investigation and yet they were right in the thick of it. I could go on and on about the evidence but it speaks for its self. The defence attorneys proved the case beyond doubt the state lied and failed. These two people should be given and new trial or both of them should be pardoned.
