Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

This was a complete travesty of justice. They framed this guy to divert a multi million dollar lawsuit against him. What they did to Brendon is unconscionable. These people deserve a right to have their cases heard again by an impartial justice system. Pure travesty!

Once again the American law system flawed. Yet again another miscarriage of justice. Once again proof that people without means, connections and money are left to for in prisons. The evidence to prove that Steven Avery is innocent is overwhelming but the each jury he has been out in front already had their minds made up. Corruption at its finest. I am from the UK and this would never happen here. Pre selection of juries etc is an absolute disgrace. Cases such as this citizens from other countries should be called to jury service. Cases like this prove just how corrupt the police forces in these counties and states are. An innocent man sits in a cell whilst the real murder or murderers walk free. This seems to be happening more and more. Especially with historical cases. Changes must be made.

Please consider the improbability of Avery's guilt and grant him a fair hearing.

Upon seeing the trial and researching this case, I do not believe Steven Avery nor his nephew are guilty. I believe there is reasonable doubt and there was too much at stake for the authorities involved in this case, which lead to evidence being tampered with, as well as additional evidence being planted, in mine and many others opinion. Not to mention no other suspects where even considered or investigated, not even from the beginning. You hear on dispatch tapes from the initial day the vehicle was found the authorities asking if Steven Avery was in custody. That sends up red flags these things were set into motion before anything was even discovered. Seeing this case and all the murkiness of it all, has lead me to a point, I have lost faith in our system, and to a point I fear no one is safe from being falsely accused and the belief that one is innocent until proven guilty is just a statement rather than a truth, the goal for the our justice system is to simply get a conviction. There is so much more that goes into this, it has left my belief in the system completely shaken to the core. I could go on but I’ll leave it at this, the DA who was forced to resign due to his involvement in inappropriate messages to multiple young females, is someone who should be investigated and put on trial more so than Steven Avery and his nephew. Yet, it is a continuous practice rather to subjecting people of low class and those with lack of resources to defend themselves in an unjust system than to go after the real villains in society, those who are meant to protect us. Which the only repercussions, is to give them a slap on the wrist. How has this all gone so wrong? Truly terrifying.

This case MUST be covered again, by objective parties!

It is sickening that the public knows about what those police did to him and his nephew. I refuse to believe that anyone was truly oblivious, but fat out ignored the evidence! Our system is so crooked, They both deserve a fair trial with new judges and a new trial for each. I know that if that be granted they would be found not guilty without a doubt.

Free Steve Avery. He is innocent!!! Stay strong Steve I believe you.

It is so obvious to me that thease two people should not be in prison, how can the government and everybody that has seen the Making of a Murderer series not see the truth. I really hope that the truth comes out and the police officer’s and all other parties involved in this UNBELIEVABLE SET UP are all sent to prison for as long as thease two poor victims have served. This has made the American system look totally dispicable! Please, please, please do the rite thing and let thease men free and find the real killer that is still out there.

I know these gentleman were framed and it comes from state. Justice will prevail!!!

I 110% believe a new trial for both Steven & his nephew Branden . The fact that his nephew still remains in prison is a huge crime against the dirty police who used their power against a teenage with disabilities - they should be charged with a crime !

I believe Steven Avery deserves a fair trial. The trial he was given that put him in prison for the rest of his life was not fair at all. I’m not saying he is guilty and I’m not saying he is innocent. But he does deserve a fair trial. It is a very odd case that has left to many unanswered questions. Like the blood vile test, Brendan Dassey interviews(interrogations), the Burger King recipient, Teresa Halbach being seen after she left the Avery salvage and the timing of what cops said and other witnesses. If Steve did this horrifying crime with Brendan Dassey they both deserve to sit in prison, but if they didn’t do it and someone else would have obviously plotted and planned against Steve Avery they should be held accountable. That is for a new jury and a new court system to determine. Not a city and court system that already saw in their eyes he was guilty without a doubt. And in conclusion if the police department wanted to set up Steve Avery they would not do it by being sloppy or going halfway to put him in prison, they would go the full length of whatever it took to make sure he looked guilty without a doubt. I hope somebody with good resources and some kind of power to put this statement in consideration. Thank you.

Steven Avery & Brendon Dassey both deserve retrials.. Steven was obviously framed- by who knows who, maybe it wasn’t the MPD but their actions in this case are most definitely questionable. Brendon was coerced into saying what the investigators wanted to hear and during his trial they never played the part of the phone call to his mother saying that the investigators had gotten into his head. This just goes to show how broken the justice system is and how unfortunate that no one is trying to change it. These men deserve a new trial at least!!

Seen the Netflix docu. Its a shame that this is happening ano 2018 a real real shame. That man is innocente!!

Justice for the victim and Steven Avery

He was questioned without an attorney, members of the jury were connected to the county's sheriff dept., this is a travesty of justice.

The system is broken and to allow such a grotesque injustice to continue is a crime,not only to the Avery family, but to each and every American!

What a horrid miss use of justise. Shame on you Manitowac State! Give these men a fair trail!
