Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Why not give these men a fair trial without biased judge, jury and prosecutors as well as an attorney in the best interest of their clients? it seems to be completely corrupted.

I will never visit Wisconsin and you state will suffer because the world and tourism will bypass the whole state because who knows what other law enforcement can get way with they deserve a new trial at the least.

Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey are innocent!!!! Our justice system needs the people to trust them and by giving Steven and Brendan a new trial will be a step towards that.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out these guys never had a chance at a fair trial from day one. They would stop at nothing to nail these two, just like his first trial. I'm not saying they're innocent, but I am saying I don't believe they're guilty and I don't believe they got a fair trial. It's a constitutional tragedy, really.

I am so outraged by the events that took place to put these two men in prison. They are obviously innocent! They both deserve a fair retrial with an unbiased jury AND judge.

The facts show that there were numerous illegal an unethical events conducted by law enforcement that took place in Brendan Dassey's case. He deserves a new trial to examine what really happened.

Miscarriages of justice is putting it lightly.

So much corruption in this case justice must prevail.

Please grant Steven and Brendon a new trial. In the name of Justice, They are innocent, its obviouse. This is a horrible corrupt imprisoning of innocent lives. Do what the people expect of the justice system and please change the Judge, this whole case is infested with scandal.

Please open your eyes to the obvious inconsistencies and failure of law enforcement to act in an ethical, professional manner. It is time to get this right.

I belive he is innocent or at least the prosecution didn't prove the guilt

I have so many questions. Mr. Avery had two very good lawyers who I believe were the only two intelligent individuals through out this ordeal. I would like to see this case reviewed.

Neither of these guys had a fair trail. There were other people that should have been looked at further and other facts that should have been checked further. Definitely numerous misconducts and unethical practices done by law enforcement in that county. Very disturbing that this was allowed to happened and that two innocent men are sitting in jail. This case needs to be reopened and new detectives need to be brought in to investigate this case.

How come the licence plate was called in 2 days and the response was "missing person", yet the car isn't "found" until 2 days later? Most disturbing and upsetting miscarriage of justice I've ever seen.

Please please! Re open the case that put 2 innocent people in prison. My heart is heavy over this...so much corruption
