Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

America which is claimed to be a country of values ​​and justice, right here all this failed in this trial. All due to corrupt and dirty corp/prosecutors and incompetent judges. I have watched the documentary and realized that this can happen to any one. If the power is against you they can brake you down. I beleave in the innocent of Steven and Brenden. I hope tey will release soon.

This case is truly an injustice and a crime. The Wisconsin justice system is broken. This is a tragedy and it is pathetic it was allowed to occur in the first place.

Absolutely disgusted with the farce of a judicial system. My blood is boiling at the complete incompetence of so called legal system & blatant framing of innocent men! The land of the free & the brave.... Land of corruption & State dictatorship!

It's to bad that the judicial system failed not only Steve but his nephew Brandon! How can detectives and police get away with this!

Complete embarrasment to the justice system.

This is a travesty of justice. How can we as Americans be proud of our judicial system when crap like this happens.

This is outrageous!!! The system are failing these innocent people.!!! Complete collusion!!! The Supreme Court need to wake up and address this right away and free Brendan and Steven. They are inhuman and disgusting members of society let alone law inforcement.

Dassey's constitutional rights were denied over and over again. The interrogations were a travesty of justice. The state was not able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Avery is guilty. I support a new trail for both..but Dassey goes first. He was railroaded and anybody involved with those interrogations should be very afraid of karma.

The videos of the interrogations themselves are reason to review these cases. It should be clear to anyone seeing them that Brendan was manipulated and that Steven was found guilty without any real evidence. Judge Willis should be condemned for thinking Steven the most dangerous person to stand before that court for "crimes" plural as if he were guilty of a crime for which he had been acquitted by DNA evidence.

So much injustice in this "free" country. We have way too many innocent people serving time in prison because of dirty cops/prosecutors and their egos.

I feel he's innocent and His nephew too

After watching the documentary and doing a fair amount of research I strongly believe that Steven Avery can NOT be convincted in relation to Teresa Halbach beyond reasonable doubt and that, separately, he was severely misjudged. Furthermore I am convinced that he is not guilty of any crime relating to Teresa Halbach.

Anyone who has seen the Netflix documentary must realize that they are both innocent. Lack of DNA evidence in the trailer is the smoking gun. He was framed twice. What a shame.

Free Brendan Dassey and prosecute the people, all of them, who helped to put him in jail! I have a mentally disabled son his age who might have given in and said what they wanted just like Brendan,especially if he was anxious about getting in trouble at school for missing an important class! It breaks my heart to know what they did to him just to get at his uncle. No one should sleep well at night after knowing about Brendan's case,if you do.....SHAME ON YOU!

He deserves a new trial

The testimony about the dna... the sherrifs department being actively involved in the investigation... The key the bullet... beyond a reasonable doubt... there is no way... the highly unprofessional investigations and interrogations... the media conferences of the false statements being took into public as facts... they deserve a new trial

Even a blind man can see Steven avery was framed and the legal system there is outrageously corrupt. This is the 21st century not the 15th how has this been allowed to go on??? Nothing should be said to the press pre trial and because they gave out details they knew he would never get a fair trial. Too many unanswered questions. Where's the motive? How did he have time to do all this without anyone seeing? Who opened the security seal and clearly took blood from that vial? Send a cadaver dog into the boot of the RAV4 and the trailer home. I hope Steven gets his retrial and gets an unbiased judge and jury this time.

I didn't think the trial proved either one guilty. It left me disgusted with law enforcers.

Free steven and brendan!

Never heard of this case until the 'Making a Muder' show on Netflix. See as he was wrongfully convicted once, and total lack of evidence.. No DNA, etc.. I can't help but wonder if the police helped further the case against this man, in order to make the lawsuit disappear
