No matter how much evidence was not presented in the documentary, there was more than enough reasonable doubt. The burden of proof lies with the prosecution. I think the court forgot that in this trail. Furthermore, Brenden's attorney and investigator should be behind bars.

What happened to Brendan Dassey is a failure in our justice system for minor kids who do not have the capacity to understand their rights under the law. Not to mention his mental capacity. Any adult could and have buckled under investigative pressures, can you imagine what this poor kid had to endure. My heart aches for him. Please see that what happened to him was unjust. He has paid enough already for something he did not do.

I would be just as accountable as the morally and ethically corrupt Wisconsin police/court system if I didn't sign this petition. We certainly have the greatest democracy ever assembled. Checks and balances failed again. The ineptitude of that Mayberry police force should be a concern to the entire country not just Wisconsin.

Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey at the very least should be out on bond. They aren't a flight risk due to the exposure of the film.

Unless there is some real evidence that was suppressed, I saw nothing except hearsay from people. I admire Steven & Brendan both for not taking a plea bargain to get out of prison like so many other people do.

Brandon was a learning-disabled kid who just told the detectives what they wanted to hear, so he could go back to school. He didn't understand the consequences then.

This is a total miscarriage of justice. Anyone with half a brain can see that. Please Free Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey because if law enforcement and our government are allowed to blatantly plant evidence, and get away with witness and jury tampering, then no american citizen is safe. Than anyone's civil liberties can be taken away.

I beleive that they should get a fair trail....Get an independant perspective on all the evidence be honest and fair!!Everyone deserves to be proven innocent until other wise!!
