Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

He deserves a new and fair trial.

I feel so incredibly sad and am still in disbelief that Steven Avery and Brendan Dasse are STILL in jail. My prayers go out to you and your family hoping that you will have strength to keep fighting for justice of what was brought on you. I truly honestly believe that you are innocent and I hope that you will be encouraged by that.

People shouldnt be treated for crimes not commited! Or pay them restitution/

Such a heartbreaking story for both of these men. My heart and prayers go out to them and their families as well as the victims. I've never realized how scary this system can be. May a new trial be held and may there be investigating on who the real murderer is!

There is too much false evidence, as we have seen it, to prove without a reasonable doubt that Steven is guilty.

Free Steve he is innocent only a blind man could not tell the conspiracy in this case and all the lies between the cops and all the inlegal searching that went on

To be honest, Steven could have done it. However, they did not have sufficient evidence to put him away. It was not a fair trial. This was completely assenine. Brendan's case, however, was even worse. If those cruel hearted people hadn't weaseled the testimony out of him, there would be literally no evidence. No dna evidence. No eye witnesses. This court ruling was completely ridiculous. Not only this, but his "attorney" and investigator were so obviously working with the prosecutors. They were not truelly working for him. Yet another reason these trials are assenine is the prosecutors. Krats was obviously not only on the ethically incorrect ground, but he was a sexual harrasser. They need, at the very least, to give these two gentlemen a retrial. The truelly terrifying thing that came from this is the fact that the murderer got off skotch free. This terrifies me. The murder and police did not get punished, which just makes then feel as if they could do it again and get no punishment. In the trials against them, they decided the outcome. Why would they say that they should be punished? Even worse than this, I highly doubt this is an insanely rare occurrence. I know from cases of people I know that even the media completely warps it to make them seem like a villain. In this system, it doesn't matter what you do or don't do. It matters what people think and say you do. And this truelly scares me.

This is a disgusting injustice! The government of Wisconsin should be ashamed from the legislature, judges in both cases, police officers, Supreme Court and the list goes on and on!

Free Steven Avery! Too many unanswered and "I don't recall or remember" responses from the cops and sheriffs testifying in this case. Too many things that don't add up. And what was done to Brendan is equally as bad and he needs to be freed too. He is not mentally competent enough to testify which is why they didn't use him and what hey did to him to make him confess is disgusting and the lowest form of human scum that interviewed him. Make this right!

The scientific evidence proves Avery and Dassey's innocence. Restore justice and set them free.

The miscarriage of justice throughout Avery's proceedings was outrageous and completely erodes any faith in the criminal justice system.

Everybody need a fair case. I did not see a fair case for Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey.

A total injustice. Corruption at the highest level. The type of justice you imagine people suffered in the 17th century.
