Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

I am outraged at the blatant lack of humanity on the part of the Wisconsin criminal justice system. Shame on them for turning a blind eye and feigning ignorance of what was clearly an unfair trial.

Having been in law enforcement I was outraged on this case, the tunnel vision, the coerced confessions that any half intelligent person would realize we're not confessions at all. The conduct of Dasseys defense attorney should be grounds for disbarment. Their is so much doubt in this case and a couple of these deputies conduct is extremely questionable on whether this evidence was planted and the complete lack of DNA evidence on the property makes that possibility even greater. Those sheriff deputies were not to be part of the investigation yet continued to go on the Avery property without supervision. The DA was exposed for what he really with his setting and conflict of interest should never have tried this case. If true that ine of the jurors was related to one of the sheriff deputies that juror should have been excused or a mistrial. I believe that most officers are good but what I saw in this department sickens me. tThere is no question Mr. Avery deserves a new trial and that the lack of evidence could vacate his conviction. The public needs to know that someone cares about the truth and I hope the Wisconsin Supreme Court will review this case including Mr. Dasseys and restore a little faith in a justice system that has recently not proven to be trustworthy.

Our justice system cannot be this bad to completely ignore the obvious.

All of the law enforcement and prosecutors involved in this case need to be investigated by the FEDS. They deserve to be in prison, not these two men.

Free them both, what mockery of human rights!

This should have been a mistrial. You won't be seeing my in Wisconsin and time soon!

At the very least there should be a retrial to make sure that police have not tampered with evidence like they did previously with Steven Avery they obviously had and maybe still do have a problem with him. We need to be certain.

Innocent

I believe Steven Avery is innocent!

So upset! Not only did they ruin Steven Avery's life, but they totally destroyed an innocent angel- Steven Dassey. My faith in our judicial system has now benn completely destroyed. Shame on cops, lawyers, judges, jury , and most of all the main prosecutor! I don't know how you live with yourselves!

Free them

Free this kid. The system is corrupt.

This is one of the most deplorable acts of persecutorial misconduct and state corruption in recent history. Both Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey should not be sitting in prison!

A fair trail needs to occur especially for the 16 year old. He did not have legal representation. The prosecutor should be in jail, based on his abuse of power.

How can you allow deputies in your employ to fail so miserably to provide justice again and again? The entire county of Manitowoc is corrupt. There were no fair trials for Steven Avery. Jurors were swayed, had conflicts of interest, and witnesses were led by the power of suggestion to implicate a man who they had never even met. You have an obligation to rectify this miscarriage of justice.

Congratulations Wisconsin. This is your justice system. Be very afraid.

Both Steven and Brendan's cases need to be heard by the Wisconsin Supreme court. It is this courts duty to do so.

There should be another trial for these two citizens for the mid conduct of the state.

The state of Wisconsin should hear this case with all of the states' inappropriate actions during the trial. It is a disgrace to our nation that these state workers think they can work together to achieve a common goal by tainting facts and over stepping the convicted people's legal rights as citizens of the USA.

Once again the justice system fails the people . glad it came to light ! JUST disgusting!! Pardon them or retrial with a proper unbiased jury .
