Wisconsin Supreme Court To Hear Brendan Dassey and Steven Avery Cases - New TRIAL!

Fair trial needs to happen, these 2 men were never given a chance. They were guilty before ever stepping into their trials. The government proves it is a twisted system. Whether Avery is guilty is NOT the point, but how do you convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt when you have this other side which was shown in the documentary. Yes it is one sided, not meant to show more than the injustices that happened to these 2 men who were victims of the system. Teresa and her story deserve the truth, if Avery then they need to prove that. This documentary shows the obvious was Avery as the murderer but they never looked anywhere but to him. How can you feel you treated him fairly and lived up to HIS constitutional rights as an AMERICAN when you from day one have him as your man. He was easy to be set up by anyone, not just police. Everyone knew he was on the radar of all local law enforcement. So blame the obvious. Typical man of low IQ, and socioeconomic status falling prey to the system. They needed a person to pin this on, a high profile case that they needed their man rather it was the right one or not. Sad for us to see that the justice system does not always find us justice.

Beyond a reasonable doubt.....no way. Deserving of a federal investigation.

After watching making a Murderer I have never felt so sorry for a guy as I did for Steven Avery. I believe he is innocent and is framed and I hope he keeps fighting and one day he gets released.

Not sure of his guilt but I do think he needs a fair trial and he did not recieve one the first time.

Maybe Avery is guilty, maybe he is innocent. We'll never know unless Steven is granted a retrial at the supreme court level, where he can receive a fair and unbiased trial. DO NOT let Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office have any part in the new trial. Because of past circumstances between the sheriff's office and Steven, they would bring an incredible bias to the trial.

What happened to eliminating people that could have committed the crime before finding your suspect(s) guilty?

Everyone DESERVES A FAIR TRIAL, HE NOR THE KID GOT ONE. THE DICKS FED THE KID INFORMATION AND SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. FAIR TRIAL FOR THEM BOTH.....

I believe all of it is a conspiracy. Leave these poor people alone. Anyone like myself know he is innocent. There are thousands of people who believe this. Doesn't that count for something? Whatever happened to Justice for all? I'm scared sick that my children have to live in such a corrupt society these days. Whatever happened to morals and values?

There is no way that any sensible person would think that these two committed the crimes they were found guilty for! I cannot believe that these two innocent men are in prison and my heart goes out to their family!

I'm so sick to see Brendan Convicted based on a coerced confession. Not a shred of evidence is presented against Brendan and to prove his involvement. We are innocent until proven guilty and there was no proof. The poor "kid" now young adult (with a kids mind still) has been wrongly Convicted and his life is ruined. I have a brother of equal mentality and have had similar interrogations with him on minor decisions he has made and it is too easy to catch them in a lie. They don't realize their wrongful confessions. I am just disgusted to the core knowing our Law enforcers and Judicial system worked this way. And is saddens me to see a jury unanimously decide Brendan was guilty of a crime he could never remember or recall the exact same details twice....its like a snowflake, not a single one is the same...every conversation with Brendan was different...unless he was told what to say. I at this moment have little respect for our Judicial system and have no respect for those involved in Brendan's guilty conviction. @ The individuals with a hand in these trials....May you face your final judgement with clarity and I pray God is true and Just for you and all you have chosen to be involved with in your days free to walk the street and free to corrupt the lives around you.
