unnecessary to spoil this corner of an AONB area in cornwall, the roads are too small to take it, why not try Par where there is better infrastructure in place and u would only be joining the urban sprawl instead of impinging on an unspoilt bit, which many people walk to enjoy!

Having had a close relationship with the Camel estuary since 1958 I find it hard to believe a planning application of this nature has been proposed for this truly magnificent landscape.

Stepper point is an AONB and building in this sensitive area should not be allowed in any circumstances. Whilst I wholheartedly support the work of the Lobster Hatchery this is not the place to site it. Interestingly on the planning webiste the vast majority of the supporters of this plan are associated with the Lobster Hatchery. Richard Holling Polzeath

I strongly object to the proposed building of a lobster hatchery at Stepper Point, as it would destroy the whole essence of the Polzeath landscape.

Surely it is our duty to preserve areas of outstanding natural beauty, not destroy them.

This is a completely inappropriate development in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The disruption to the peace and quiet of Stepper will outweigh any commercial benefits. The road to Hawkers Cove is already dangerous and any increase in traffic would be lunacy.

We do not want the proposed build. It will greatly SPOIL a wonderful british site and stunning view from a highly regarded viewpoint.

The Lobster Hatchery is an admirable enterprise; but this application is utterly misconceived -- the wrong kind of development on a site unsuitable for commercial or industrial development of any kind. If the proposers do not respond to the public outcry by withdrawing it themselves, the application should be opposed at every stage of the planning process.

Stepper Point is Heritage Coast, has SSSI and AONB status and protection and is on the coastal path. There must be an suitable alternative site for the hatchery

We holiday in this area and last Tuesday walked around this head. We were amazed by the peace and tranquility of this headland, so near to busy Padstow. It is a beautiful oasis. Please protect it
