As the mom of an addict who called Stephen one of his closest friends, this is just so important. We family members do so much to keep our loved one's alive through their struggles....pls help us continue to do that.

We lost our son Paul in Sept. 2017. Stephen and Paul were friends in their recovery. I want to think that if this law was in effect they would still be friends here on earth instead of in heaven. Please get Stephens law passed!
