চিকিৎসা মৌলিক অধিকার, সেই অধিকার নিশ্চিত করতে ঔষধেও মূল্য সাধারণ মানুষের ক্রয়সীমার মধ্যে থাকাটাই বাঞ্চনীয়। পার্শ্ববর্তী দেশে যেখানে হাজারে পাওয়া যায় সেখানে আমাদের দেশে লাখে বিক্রয় হওয়াটা অযৌক্তিক বৈকি। প্রয়োজনে মূল ঔষধের বা কাঁচামালের আমদানি শুল্ক ক্রয়সীমার মধ্যে নির্ধারণ করা হোক।
