I really hope Valve don't pass this. It will seriously affect many websites that rely on users to use skins and pass them through that website. It will also affect players, causing them to stop using skins, or at worst case even to stop playing CS:GO. I can even speculate a loss of profit on Valve if they pass this. pls v0lv0

I disagree with this. Escrow will make trading a lot more difficult and troll trades will be MUCH more common. Not a good idea, gents.
