Please don't make trading even more tedious. Escrow will be immensely damaging to a good community while benefiting only a tiny minority of people who fall for common scams. Maybe steam level could be used as a quasi-trust system. Users with high steam levels could benefit from opt-out without the zero-support ramification for instance.

DO NOT IMPLEMENT THIS INTO THE PERFECTLY FINE TRADING SYSTEM ALREADY. MOST people such as I DONT have a mobile device, and I trade very often valve please do not do this!

My brother, along with millions of other steam users who do not own a smart phone, will be crippled because of this feature. Who will buy items if you have to wait even longer?

Makes trading way too difficult. I mean, what happens if prices fluctuate during that 7 day period? (Which they most likely will). Trading will be almost impossible and means that unless you personally know the person you're trading with, it's probably never going to complete.

Is that some kind of joke? The stupid email confirmation was worse enough, but at least we could disable it, but now you want to force me to buy a mobile phone just to trade? Apart from the fact that its a complete joke that both parties would have to have it enabled. Thers no way im gonna use it.

Just no....this is the most lazy way of setting up a Anti-Scammer trading system. Do I have a Smartphone? No and do I want to get one too trade virtual items no.
