While I can imagine how awful it must be to get scammed, I really think Valve are going the wrong way about trying to prevent it. I think Valve needs to be a lot more open to discussion with it's customers and ask us what we think would benefit us most, rather than just assuming something will be beneficial and screw us over in the long run.
