Escrow will kill the community trading scene, and it is obviously apparent due to the recent discount for 'secure' accounts on community market that Valve knows this is a failure. Don't try to sweet it with a discount, you know this is a bad move. Not everyone owns a phone and most importantly uses it for Steam in general, there is other ways to protect those who are trade scammed. This is the wrong answer to this.
