What about the people who are not fortunate enough to own a mobile device valve?
You take it as though all your users made of money. I own a mobile device that is compatible with your app but many of your users do not.
I am thinking about the less fortunate here and you should do the same valve. This is 2nd worst act you have committed alongside your "amazing" paid mods idea which may I add lost you over a million dollars in profits.
I know many users are thinking of cashing out before this system is implemented. We love you valve, I beg of you listen to your community valve like you always have done and do the right thing here.

Valve is a really good developing team. But they really should listen to the community more. I don't care how many people complain about their account getting lost and no one can recover it. There's always an email recovery and a regular phone recovery (but not a smart phone one - many people such as I lack one of those). I don't feel sorry for people who have lost their accounts and haven't even set up an email link. That's their fault. If you, Valve, want to stay successful and keep users happy as well as the economy going, this "escrow" system isn't going to work very well.

Yes, I have the Steam Mobile Authenticator: 1933
No, and I don't have a device capable of using it: 1739
so 1700+ people are out of trading cause of this.
but im sure some people who are big time traders can trade in 1 unusal for a cheap smartphone from craigslist or something. i agree, they could. but they rather keep it to theirself. but not everyone is rich in tf2

If this crap goes live I am NEVER buying ANYTHING from Steam market! I don't have a f*ing smartphone and even if I did I WOULD NOT comply to this. Let us be responsible for our own account!
Dear Valve, one could almost say you are terrorizing your users with this restriction. Do you not know how much anger you will produce? Do you not know what clash you will FORCE your users to spit on you?
