Unless I'm missing something, this is shameful on the part of DPS. It would be a deserving tribute if no one would accept the Dunbar job in honor of Coach Pullen.

I believe Mr. Pullen has been a great asset to the team it would be a shame to not have him there for years to come.

I have known Pete Pullen for years. Coached against him, worked side by side with him and have the up most respect for him. He is not only a coach, he is a positive black male role model for our youth in this community. His record as a coach speaks volume and needs no explanation. Pete has been dedicated to all his student/athletes and the Dunbar Community for years. I support Pete 100% and pray that the right thing is done. God is in control and he shall direct your path.

This is a decision being made by people who have no true investment in our community. In other words, these people are here for the check not for the people! It's sickening and needs to end. Vote of no confidence remains confirmed!

With an OUTSTANDING track record like this on and off the court in WHAT direction could they possibly want to go !!! This sounds PERSONAL & VINDICTIVE! if this stands as is the district should be ASHAMED of themselves and INVESTIGATED!!!Coach Pullen YOU ROCK!!! RETAIN COACH PULLEN.

I cannot believe what is happening to a coach who is so highly respected in the education and basketball world. Why is he required to interview for a job he has held for 13 years. I agree, where is the "common" sense?

Coach pullen helped a lot us dunbar students throughout the years he taught me that my grades have to be great in order for me to play sports and make it to a good college. He always stirred us into the right direction!!!!

Keep peter pullen as Dumbar coach ,until he came Dumber had not won a state title in many years, he is respected as a man with morals on and off the court.
