We sell over 1,500 dz eggs per year. We have been doing so for over 5 years. We have yet to get a single complaint concerning our egg products. Farm Fresh eggs if properly cleaned and disinfected are safer than the pale yellow mass produced eggs. Also you can not beat the rich taste of farm fresh eggs. Sorry, Mike Dart is wrong in his interpretation of 'use'. Merriam-Webster says so. Grocery stores do not 'use', 'utilize', or 'employ' eggs. It merely sells them to consumers. The previous interpretation of the law was correct.

The statute reads the eggs cannot be "used in" the establishment but these eggs are not being used in the establishment. The consumer knows they are ungraded by the packaging.
