Al has dedicated his life to Catholic education, more specifically St. Joseph's and Madonna. That in itself should stand for something. However, over those 40+ years Al has provided strong and positive leadership and influence for thousands of our youth which has helped them grow into the wonderful people they are today. That does stand for something. Education is about far more than books and tests. It's also about people, challenging them to be their best always, teaching them how to deal with the highs and lows of everyday life and not to lose sight of the values and morals from where they come. That's the Al Boniti I know - and that stands for everything.

Mr. Bo is a man of integrity and someone I have looked up to since attending St. Joes many years ago. He is one of the main reasons I entered the education field and the main reason I wanted to become a principal. To this day when asked why I got into administration I say that I had the best role model as a principal growing up. Mr. Bo takes care of all his students, past and present. My hope is that the decision is reviewed after seeing this petition and then ultimately reversed. Mr. Bo, thank you for your years of dedication to the entire community and I pray that your dedication continues for many more.

Who didn't love Mr. Boniti! He was one of my favorite teachets of all times! At 53 years old, I will never forget the impact he had on me and his devotion to his students is unparalleled! Renew this mans contract! Show him how much he matters!

Very poor decision to not renew Mr Boniti's contract. I'd like to know what the reasons are. This won't be tolerated.

Mr. Boniti was an excellent role model for me at SJS over the years. He devoted 43 years of his life to make catholic eduction grow in Weirton. Without him, the school would've closed a long time ago. Whoever is responsible for his forced retirement is not a true "Christian" and should realize that they are making a huge mistake. Watch the weekly donations decrease and think about what you're doing!

This is a good man, faithful, and dedicated to the catholic faith and to educating young children in that faith. Please reconsider and renew his contract for the sake of our catholic community.

Mr. Boniti was a blessing for our children. He kept them safe, instilled moral virtues, taught them by example how to be considerate to all people and he truly loved bring there to guide them. I feel that forcing him to leave is unjust and uncharacteristic of our catholic values.

I have been a parent and teacher at SJS. Without the loving leadership of Mr. Bo Catholic education in Weirton would have never succeeded in educating our children with a fully rounded academically challenging Catholic education.
